Genuinely one of the worst experiences dealing with this company. Incredibly poor communication, broken website, horrible design choices, and zero results. They made big promises early on but failed to deliver on even the most basic tasks. Deadlines were constantly missed, updates were vague or nonexistent, and the work that did arrive was riddled with errors.When I raised concerns, I was met with excuses and defensiveness rather than accountability and it became very clear that their priority was collecting payment rather than actually improving SEO performance.I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews left here at all, they don’t reflect the reality of how this business operates. Avoid this company at all costs or risk huge amounts of sunken costs.
Scammers, constantly deleting 1 star reviews on google. Worst business to work with, if i only i had searched them up on trustpilot before signing up for 4 months with them. i lost 12,000 dollars and they didn’t even get any sales, just poor ads, a generic landing page, threatening to sue you and constant lies by the account managers. Please value your money and don’t waste it here.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company’s negligence and poor management of our digital marketing campaigns cost us a significant amount of money. They failed to implement crucial keywords and remove harmful negative keywords, despite my repeated requests and providing clear documentation and screenshots as proof. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they shifted the blame onto us, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Their excuses were endless, and their failure to deliver on the most basic aspects of campaign management was unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value your time, money, and business reputation.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Silver-tongued salespeople telling you what you want to hear about how they will get your business ranking on first page in google etc etc. I engaged their services for management of our google ads campaign and seo work. The so called management of our ads resulted in a week on week decline in revenue with a week on week increase in adspend. To say it was a disaster is an understatement with never ending promises of 'increases to come' whilst their inexperienced 'team' bumbled around guessing what may work and getting it wrong every time. The result was the worst sales figures we have seen with tens of thousands of dollars above the norm going to google. After three months of promises, financial loss and bs from them we had no choice but to remove their access to the back end 'management' and their so called campaigns in late December. For a positive note, since removing them we have seen our figures return to where they were prior to engaging first page.As far as the seo component is concerned their work is sloppy and unprofessional. Content that they (eventually) added did not even have the correct headers and required many reminders and requests and 2 1/2 months to come online. Not worth even an 1/8 of the amount they charge.In December I sent a termination letter to them which resulted in a flurry of calls and emails more interested in the supposed contract between us (breached by them) than rectifying the absolute disaster and extremely large financial loss that they have caused. Nothing further has been heard from them since then (a month), no emails, no calls, no attendance of preset meetings etc etc until they charged my card yesterday.I expect that there will be an eloquently written response to this review by their manager outlining that they have completed everything in accordance with.........., and they never promised......... but regardless of that if you want to waste thousands of dollars without results then engage this company.
I received an unsolicited SMS from First Page offering marketing services, despite never having heard of or interacted with this company before. When I called to complain, their representative insisted I had given them my contact information, which I definitely hadn't. They refused to acknowledge that they might have obtained my number without consent. This aggressive marketing tactic feels intrusive and potentially violates spam regulations. I'm concerned about how they acquired my personal information and their disregard for my privacy. Due to these practices, I've filed a formal complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). I would caution others to be wary of unsolicited contacts from this company and encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to report it to the ACCC as well.
