Stort trip alternative to Starlink

4G on a DuoTurbo was sufficent travelling in country Queensland in a Motorhome streaming however the limited plan options of one month or one day are not ideal for short trips.

great product

I spotted the product on facebook and after a bit of research bought the 5g router and have not looked back, took it with me to Morocco, it was great and came in really handing for translating. Been using it in UK with great success, I topped up my membership to VIP, well worth the money as you get ongoing discounts off data etc, as with everything new it took me a bit to get my head round the software and app but all flying now

I bought an internet plan for $36 for 30 days after 8 months of use, they told me my plan ended, the worst part is that I canceled my plan with another internet company I had, thinking this would be a good thing 😡😡😡😡

Poor Customer Support

I purchased a data plan for my brother in law for Europe. When they arrived the device said "insufficient funds". I got on the support chat and the could not help me but rather referred me to send an email. I asked how long would it take to respond and the chat said 12 hours. The phone number for customer service just says call back later. I purchased another plan. I am expecting a refund for one of the plans.
