I recently have had an issue where my item was returned to sender because my address was autocorrected to a address that didn't exist! I have been being helped by Madison, who has provided excellent customer service. Responses have been quick and they even offered to replace my item if I find it's not being held at my post office. I know they were recently swamped during the holidays (this is why I initially thought my order was taking so long)...keep in mind that they are a small company with a small staff doing there best. If the product is as awesome as the service, I will definitely buy from them again.
