They are the worst credit card company ever. Nobody knows what's going on over there. Everybody's lost. There's no customer support because nobody knows anything. They all tell you the same thing. They're sorry and we're escalating your situation while nothing is really being done. And then they refuse to pay back my money because all they keep doing.
