I had bathtub flexi pipe leak for one of my properties but my usual plumber was on holiday so i googled and call plumber to fix it as urgent. I was told 49 pounds call out charge and plumber will tell me how much it will cost to fix it. If i agree they will carry on. They arrived in 1 hour asked my tenant his email address and asked him to click agree to his app. He explained it for them to enter in the property and carry on the task. On the way plumber called me once and told me he is on his way and during the job i called he said he is fixing it will get back once done. Finally he spent 1 hour 8 min to replace the flexi pipe and send me the bill which is 1000 pounds!!! Asked me to pay straight or he will sue me!! What is your opinion? I am a portfolio landlord own 17 properties around. My regular plumber away for easter. This company based in Romford and i am posting this to aware others.
