Customer Service Seems Non-Existent

UPDATE: Since I placed this review, the problem I was having disappeared as mysteriously as it started, although it took a month and that was a month I couldn't play the game. If I were rating only playing the game, I'd give it a 5 Star Plus. The game is a lot of fun, just challenging enough, and inspires creativity as you build aquariums. I love the game - but their customer support is so appalling and glitches are so frustrating because of the lack of customer support that I’d be misleading people if I rated it just on how fun the game is. Their customer service does need to improve for the reasons I stated in my original post that will be at the bottom of this. Apparently, they were listening to complaints because they fixed the problem after a long time, but they didn't communicate with customers what they were doing to fix it, not even on social media sites, and they don't give customers an easy way to get in touch with them when they have a problem - when the chat option becomes impossible because the MANY articles the chat option refers you to don’t help there doesn’t seem to be a way to chat with a representative. You’re just cut off from an answer. I thought for sure I was going to have to quit playing the game because of this, and I would have had to quit playing had a fix not just appeared, seemingly out of nowhere. ORIGINAL POST: I have loved this game for years and have spent a lot of money playing it, but now I've hit a glitch and after three days of trying can't get any customer support at all. I go into Help and Support and am directed to article after article after article none of which help and each time I get to a place where I can type in my problem I'm taken to the articles again instead of being able to talk with someone - as soon as I hit enter to send my comment instead of getting any help but I've already read all of those articles and done everything they recommended and it does no good. I'm very sad that after literally years of playing this game I'm going to have to quit. I'm sad that the money I've spent playing this game was just wasted since now I'll be giving up all of the aquariums I built.
