Excellent service, I had an issue with one of my alarms I ordered and because it was an international delivery it was to expensive to send the product back for an exchange. Fishernator sent me a brand new alarm. Not many businesses around the world have this much dedication to their customers. I highly recommend them for local and international purchases if you are wanting fishing equipment from them. which BTW my packaged was packed perfectly with all my items being protected
