Thank you firstly to Sohi at fisher and paykel who took my first and subsequent phone calls regarding the issue with my fridge freezer - very helpful with all your advice - but massive thanks to Dean the technician who did an amazing job today. Dean called before arrival and I received a text to confirm when he was due -Dean was clearly very experienced and took the time to carefully remove old screws and so was able to reuse the original handle on the freezer drawer but he had to drill the old components out - took him a while but was worth it as the freezer drawer looks as good as new now -He went over and above and his 30 years of experience showed today - a total professional - thank you Dean
