Could not obtain spare parts for coffee…

Could not obtain spare parts for coffee machine. The rubber gasket seal has failed on the milk frother nozzle. I have tried to source these perishable items only to find that Fisher and Paykel no longer support coffee machines on their web site ( even though they are still sold at many stores). The help desk tells me that it will take six to eight weeks to obtain the gasket seals as they no longer hold any spares. Therefore, I have no fully working coffee machine for up to two months.Since submitting the above review, Fisher and Paykel have responded in a very positive fashion. They arranged for an engineer to visit and supply the parts required. The engineer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Based on the prompt and timely response I have changed my review from one to five stars. Overall, I was impressed by the support given.
