Excellent experience, we had a problem with the ice machine / tray not working properly. Super easy to book a slot for a technician to come and see what was wrong. Jiy came and diagnosed the problem in about 3min flat, and fixed it super quick with a replacement part. 10/10 service and one of the reasons we’ll always use their products.
