The engineer Dean was on time, friendly and was able to diagnose our fault quickly. The repair of our dishwasher was very efficient and took approx 20 mins. However when we booked we didn’t have any indication of the call out fee or approx cost. In my opinion this should be apparent at the time of booking. This would then give the customer the choice of whether to continue.
