Our engineer was Adam Smith, tech126 and I was very impressed with his help and excellent service. Adam was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what had caused the problem and what to do in future to avoid that problem. He was also very helpful in advising how I could find the date of purchase to see whether the fridge was still under warranty (which it was). Thanks Adam for your support.
