Booked an appointment to have a leaking fridge/freezer repaired and received a first class service.The engineer, Dean, spotted the problem and sorted it straight away, giving us some very good fridge management guidance to ensure the problem didn’t reoccur. A very pleasant and knowledgeable guy who knew his stuff.We were kept informed of the engineers arrival and would now only go through Fisher & Paykel for any future problems. Hoping to get a further 12 years from this quality product.
