It was very easy to arrange a service visit and the technician, Adam Smith, was exceptional. He texted very early on to check what the problem was so he could order any parts that might be required, telephoned on the day to give me an ETA, and solved the problem with no fuss at all. He was also very friendly and courteous, a real pleasure to have in my home. An excellent experience in a world that seems less inclined to aim for excellence.
