Brilliant service from Fisher & Paykel ! From start to finish. Lady in customer service was helpful & efficient. Only had to wait a few days for an appointment. Service engineer Adam W. was fabulous. Impeccable service, polite, friendly, fast and knew exactly what needed doing. He explained everything and did the needed repair there and then, which was a wonderful help. A tribute to his company.
