Dean swiftly resolved the issue with our fridge freezer.

Our Fisher &Paykel fridge Freezer was displaying a fault. It was easy to book a service on-line. On the allocated day of service the engineer, Dean, kept me informed of his arrival time. Dean was great. He identified the problem straight away and resolved the issue with the freezer fan connector. Dean then gave the fridge a steam clean to remove a sticky residue from a past spillage that was concealed under a drawer. He offered tips on how to keep the fridge in tip top condition. A really lovely guy who was genuinely happy to go above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order. A very happy customer.
