Robin was GREAT! Called before he arrived parked in a very awkward spot with no issues, grabbed his bag and got ‘at it’. I had to go out so left him to fix the dishwasher and fridge freezer. Great service great guy…John Lewis partnership would do well to get some of what Fisher Paykel offer…proper service. Thank you Robin & FP
