Adam Smith attended a fault to our F&P built in oven. He called in advance of the visit to say what time he would be attending. Arrived on time and with spare parts to carry out repair. Adam explained why the fault occurred and checked for other faults, before carrying out a thorough test before departure. I can thoroughly recommend Adam as a courteous and thorough engineer.
