Adam Smith the Fisher and Paykel technician sorted out my fridge freezer. All communications with F&P were exceptional and Adam in particular. He kept me in the picture of when he was going to arrive, once on site he methodically went through all possible problems. Having identified the problem he sorted it out very efficiently and gave all other potential problem areas the once over.
