Professional transparent service

Had to call F&P out due to an E6 error code on the induction hob. The hob was installed in 2018 and unfortunately out of warranty. Aaron the engineer was very professional and transparent about the options to repair or replace. The price difference to replace and upgrade was minimal and the most cost effective option. Highly recommend the after sales service and will repurchase F&P products due to no issues until now.
