We had a Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer. It was quite old and started beeping. The beeping would not stop. I telephoned Fisher & Paykel to find out what the problem might be, and was told that the standard charge for a call-out was £185. I bought a new fridge/freezer for £230 instead. Ridiculous that a call-out charge is £185. I will not be buying another Fisher & Paykel.
