Reported a fault by telephone and sent photos as requested of the fault, split door seal. we were put on a priority call out. the engineer arrived 4 days later with no knowledge of the fault or required part. we now have to wait another 9 workings for him to return, meaning I will have been without use of my machine for 12 days.This was a very expensive machine purchased less than 2 years ago.
