Bitterly disappointed with my oven . It has the beautifully gliding telescopic shelves but you can't wash them or pyrolytic clean them either. My oven already looks old! Grill cooks one side faster than the other and the fan oven does not bake evenly. When I called Fisher and Paykel, they seemed very reluctant to come out and said that if they found nothing wrong that I would to pay. Not cooking evenly is something wrong for a £1479 oven. Would not touch this brand ever again. Please do your research before buying
