I’ve had my fridge freezer for almost 5 years, when unfortunately it developed a leak and filled the freezer compartment full of ice. I called F&P and luckily it was (just) still under warranty. Repair appointment was arranged quite quickly, and Jiy who came to fix it this morning was efficient, confident and informative about the repair. Seems to be back working normally again now.
