I needed support for a fault on my 11-year-old Fisher & Paykel dual drawer dishwasher, which had been in heavy use with no previous issues. The online booking system was easy to navigate, but I ran into some frustration when the submit tab wasn’t working. Fortunately, the online chat was super helpful, and I was able to book the technician through that.The service appointment was efficient, and there was good availability. Adam, the engineer, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and continued to assess the machine, replacing the faulty parts and running a cleaning cycle. He also gave me valuable tips on how to care for the dishwasher moving forward.On top of that, Adam noticed the filter in my Fisher & Paykel fridge-freezer needed replacing and was happy to take care of it, walking me through the fridge's features as well.While the cost of parts and the call-out seemed a bit high, when you break it down, it’s only about £30 per year over the 11 years we've owned the machine. Considering it would cost around £1800 to replace the dishwasher, I felt it was definitely money well spent.
