The oven function selector knob was spinning freely on my built in oven. This meant I was unable to switch the oven on to use it. I booked an F&P engineer to attend and was thrilled to then be offered a much earlier appointment. Engineer Paul arrived, he listened to my explanation of the sympton and, like a proper detective, he solved the fault in double quick time. I cannot recommend F&P highly enough.
