Renewed confidence in our appliance

To be honest I was disappointed at needing an engineer in the first place as my appliance is brand new and the fault was straight from the moment we turned it on. However, that said Dean was fantastic he kept checking the diagnostics until it finally showed him the faulty code.On top of that he had a brilliant knowledge of our appliance and explained how everything works and how to get the best from it. He is a credit to Fisher and Paykel and we very much appreciated his expertise.
