Engineer Adam Smith tech 126 telephoned in advance to give an indication of arrival time. He arrived ahead of the collection team and promptly began work. He was courteous and explained everything that needed to be done and supported the collection team to manoeuvre the cooker safely out of the property.He noticed that the filter light was lit on my refrigerator and when I explained that I’d been experiencing a problem with water flow (which I hadn’t reported) he offered to help by raising a query and he resolved the issue for me. Prior to leaving Adam explained what would happen when the appliance is returned and left contact information for any queries or concerns that we may have in the interim. I would like to say that Adam and the collecting team did a good job today but Adam was exceptionally helpful. A great ambassador for your company!Thanks.
