Ashley arrived today to sort out an ongoing issue with my brand new 2 drawer dishwasher. He was friendly and helpful from the moment he arrived. Gave me full confidence that this was finally going to get sorted! He left having uncovered some issues that had been missed previously. He Face Called his manager and between the two of them I feel that my issue will be sorted. Ash was calm, respectful and explained everything to me. I have full confidence that the issue will be resolved with the new parts on the next visit. I am very grateful to Ash for today’s visit.
