Frictionless experience

My 16 year old fridge freezer started beeping the week before Xmas. Looked to troubleshoot the problem and it suggested the fan. Went on to the service section of the F&P website and to my surprise was able to book an appointment for a few days later. AJ came and checked the fan which was working fine. Decide to replace it as it was relatively inexpensive. Fridge working fine. AJ also checked the compressor which was fine and tightened a loose door handle. Great service experience.
