Good Fisher Paykel service experience

Paul arrived on time and knew exactly what he needed to do. He provided helpful advice on maintaining the fridge, rebooted it and stayed just long enough to ensure that everything was back up and running. He showed me the part he replaced, a cool air damper, and clearly explained what the problem was. Hopefully no more problems with the fridge freezing and freezer not being cold enough.
