We've had our American style fridge freezer for almost 5 years , first time every gone wrong and needed a call out . The booking process was easy & given an hour time slot on the morning of. Jiy our engineer was fantastic! Couldn't have been any more helpful , he went over and above to fix our fridge it was exactly what he said , replaced the fan & added bonus got out ice machine working too !( That's been out of action since Covid ). A really pleasant helpful chap and fantastic engineer! got the job done quick, took me through some tips and best bit no charge as just within the warranty period ! What an A class service all round , never had that experience before with any manufacturer before or engineer ! Thank you so so much Jiy! That's made our Christmas ! A+++
