Purchased the Series 7 washing machine as wanted a machine with a proper steam refresh option that most other brands have done away with.From the start the service was excellent when speaking to customer service. Delivery was within 48 hours at no extra cost and they fitted the new machine amdd took the old one away without the charge others make.Steve & Connor delivered and fitted the machine and they were polite, efficient and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was fitted properly, cleaned and cleared up.The Series 7 is ultra quiet you don't even realise it's on even on a heavy spin. The load capacity is great and the wash options really well thought out, from 15mins quick washes to highly efficient longer options.Fisher Paykel is a great brand and well worth the price, certainly better value than some of the other more mainstream High price brands
