We had an issue with our Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer, so I contacted them to arrange a visit from an engineer. The customer services numbers listed are all not in use, which is unsettling, but I did find an automated service that took me through the booking. The engineer who attended was Adam Smith tech126, he gave us notice of his eta in advance which was very helpful. Adam was very professional, took care of our environment, making sure the repair didn’t make a mess and resolved the issue quickly without fuss. I would highly recommend him.
