Adam was extremely helpful and professional from the outset. He promptly arrived when he said he would, with a very friendly and approachable demeanor. He listened attentively to the problems with the fridge freezer. The issue was diagnosed within 15 minutes and resolved an hour later. Adam went above and beyond in that not only the faulty part was replaced but also the complete system the problematic item was part of. I did not have the uncomfortable discussions of whether this work was covered by warranty or not. The cherry on the top was when he advised on a special 'Fisher & Paykel' were running with the water filters which saved me a bundle in the long term. Overall a pleasant experience and i saved money.
