Chris was great, turned up early into the allotted time which was helpful. He quickly discovered our lack of knowledge about the ice drawer needing to be pushed right back in. This is important because it pulls out 10-15mm when the chest door is pulled forward - this was not mentioned in the operating instructions and really should be!!! All otherwise good, fantastic product.
