Adam Smith was our technician who came to fix our oven . He was excellent, very knowledgeable and voluntarily asked if everything was ok with our other F&P appliances , gave me a few tips on efficiently running our F&P dishwasher and sorted out a 2nd visit himself once he’d received a missing part. Very happy to highly recommend him and the company.
