Unfortunately/then fortunately

Unfortunately, since having our new kitchen installed in 2018, the first Fisher Paykel dual wine cooler unit failed after three years. FP provided a new unit (somewhat hampered by the lockdown) but this one also failed a few days ago. On both occasions it was the compressor unit (Chinese) that failed. We have just had a replacement unit delivered by Steve and Connor, the Home Install Team. They were superb, arrived on time, were cheerful, polite and very competent. The job was finished in short order and is now cooling a number of white and red wines. They also gave us some free advice about or FP fridge freezer unit! Thank you to them both - you were brilliant.
