Dishwasher Repair

Dishwasher stopped working mid wash with F1 error message. After 5 days it started working again but then a few days later the same thing happened. Somewhere water was leaking on to a sensor and eventually drying out. Emailed Fisher Paykel and a very helpful person called Salena arranged an appointment for an engineer. Adam Smith duly arrived, discussed the problem and diligently searched for the leak. It’s a double drawer dishwasher so it took a while to locate the leak. I thought he wasn’t going to fix it but he was so persistent and eventually found it and fitted a new part. Adam was also very understanding that I needed to lip read our conversations. He also gave some helpful advice and tips on best use of the dishwasher.I liked that he posted a live location tracker whilst he was en route. A very successful outcome.
