Really impressed with F&P. We had a scratch on one of our fridge handles when it got delivered by AO.com. Called F&P as it was under warranty and they booked in a technician to change it, within a few days they got someone booked in. The technician (Trevor) who came to fix it was brilliant, so quick and professional. He also helped out with connecting the filter which the AO delivery guys didn’t do at the time of delivery. He went completely above and beyond and also gave lots of tips about how to get the best from my new fridge. 5 star fridge and 5 star service! Throughly recommend!
