We bought a new Fridge-Freezer (it's brilliant) but sadly it had a slight mark/dint on one of the doors. This was caused in transit/installation.The replacement door was ordered and I was duly contacted by Lisa R at Fisher & Paykel to arrange a date and time. We subsequently had a logistics challenge, with the courier delivering the door, and Lisa was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond and resolved the issue promptly. Appointments are confirmed in writing (texts and emails) with reminders.On the day the technician, Dan T, phoned to confirm he was on his way and gave his expected arrival time. Arrived on time and expertly swapped out the damaged door. Both Dan and Lisa were professional and courteous throughout. A great experience and one that backs up the Fisher and Paykel product.
