I’m so impressed with Fisher & Paykel , right from booking the engineer I was kept informed of his location and had an idea of when he was arriving . However the best bit was Irod the engineer, he was so nice and friendly . Irod identified the problem immediately and efficiently . I’m delighted to have the the fridge working again … thank you Irod
