I also signed up for a "free" trial. I cancelled after a two weeks for 2 reasons: 1) I do not have the equipment to participate in many of the exercises; and 2) I do not have an apple watch to track the steps so it only works if I carry my phone around, which is not possible. So I cancelled through apple and then I cancelled on the app. FitCoach came back and charged me $30.99, then I saw my account and realized that I had been charged for the "free" period when I signed up. BEWARE. It could be a really great app, but they need to address these issues, especially the false advertisement of "free", and the problem with continued charges after cancellation.
