I like the app a lot. So much so that I was tempted to give it a 5 star rating. The only thing that stopped me was the fact that the app decides what exercises you need to reach your goal without any input. For example; l like to do TRX and some weight training. So I do not need some of the sessions that the fit coach assigns (such as strength training).
On the other hand there are sessions on the app that I like such as stretching and Pilates. But I cannot schedule them into the app in a way to complement my non-app sessions.
I would like to see a section whereby the user can make a customized program to fit their needs.
