Warning! This is a terrible app. Beware about signing up for the 1 month trial! Even if you decline their offers to extend the membership they will charge you the following month full price. When I contacted customer service to cancel and get a refund they refused. Be warned to read all the fine print, very difficult to find how to cancel subscription just don't sign up! The program was basic and not motivating
