I provided clear photos of the mismatch, but support insisted I was wrong. They ignored my concerns about the power issue and ultimately placed the blame on me, making me pay for return shipping for their mistake. I lost time, money, and dealt with unnecessary stress. I deeply regret this purchase and will not engage with this company again.
