The earbuds would not connect to any of my devices via Bluetooth. Fiti Beats customer "service" just gives you a run around. Call them and you're kept on hold with a repeating message for 10 minutes, then told to call back or contact them via email or a non-existent chat. If you do get to a rep, you'll get disconnected mid conversation. If you use email and have to respond to it, you get "Delivery Status" delayed messages. When I did get a rep on the phone, she said she would send me the instructions and link to return the earbuds. What I got was an email with a link to a customer service survey and the instructions to reply to the email so they could "walk me through the process." Guess what? When I replied, I got the delayed delivery messages again.
