Ordered a cross trainer. It didn’t fit through my front door – after waiting weeks for delivery. I cancelled immediately.FitKit responded with the energy of someone who’s just been told the pub kitchen is closed.Rude, dismissive, and absolutely determined to charge me nearly £500 in “restocking” and “return” fees… for an item that never even crossed the threshold of my home.£500 to take back the thing they still had!! Be serious.Fortunately, I bought it on finance and Novuna were absolute angels from heaven. They reviewed everything and told FitKit to cancel the agreement with NO fees.FitKit then had to comply, although they did so with all the grace of a toddler being told it’s bedtime.Apparently FitKit think their T&Cs override UK law.Adorable. Truly. The only reason this was resolved is because Novuna stepped in — not because FitKit acted fairly, professionally, or even vaguely politely. If you enjoy being spoken to like you’ve never seen a calendar or read a sentence, while arguing basic consumer rights, then by all means, treat yourself.Everyone else: run
