Like many others I was keen to purchase a spin bike during lockdown. I knew which make and model I wanted and if possible I wanted to purchase from a company known to me (as it was not an insignificant amount to spend). Unfortunately due to lack of availability that wasn't possible. In the end I took a chance with FitKit UK and I have to say I was really pleased with the service I received. I ordered a Life Fitness IC6 bike and MyRide console on 23 May, with 5% discount and free installation. I was cautioned there may be a delay due to high demand and was surprised and delighted to take delivery on 1 June. I received a phone call advising when it would be delivered and an update on the day when they were en route. Upon delivery it was taken fully assembled to the room of my choice (upstairs - sorry!). A quick check that it was all working and that was it - no fuss, just very helpful and professional. The bike and console have been used regularly ever since. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FitKit UK or use them in the future.
