Our cross trainer died last weekend and a few hours of research took me to FitKit and the FS4 from Life Fitness. I read reviews on this site which created a few doubts and spoke to friends who are personal trainers.I ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Aided by the fact it was new and so not in need of a service before being delivered.The delivery/assembly team called three times to keep me informed of progress/ETA. During installation they found a defect in a piece of plastic and replaced it while on site. The FS4 has now had a few hours of use from different people and we find it to be solidly built, with a smooth movement and we are very pleased with our choice.
